I do think you should wait until you are closer to goal.  Most plastic surgeons will want it that way.  This way you can get a cleared idea of what really needs to be done and what your end results will be.

I wanted to be Pam Grier since I was a kid and I ended up being a 5'4" big momma.  I got in a D cup only for a painful moment 2 days after giving birth.  I was always thick- Jet Butt was the name given in High School- but I still barely had a B cup.

As far as plastic surgery goes, I don't know what advances they've had in technology but what I've seen is just not natural looking.  The implants are baloon-y and hard looking especially in larger cup sizes.  Has anyone see Ice T''s wife's?  They're fine if you're a porn star or pole dancer but not really right for the office.  Not to me anyway.  I have not researched the subject at all so there may be more than I'm not aware of.  If you're more up on this information than I am, by all means, let me know.

(I know, we trippin'  ) Anyway, the advances in plastic surgery are amazing.  No need to have the over inflated porn tits anymore.  A much more natural result is very common now.  I just want to be what I was.
